Content issues

1. Once I have purchased my content, how do I access it?

Once you have purchased your content and the payment has cleared, you will be able to find the content in the subject menu, where you purchased it from. If you purchased "World War I" then you would simply go to the "History" menu to your left, and then click on 'Purchase / view" to see the content.

2. The page I am on links to an animation, but nothing plays, whats wrong with it?

To view our animations or movies you need Adobe Flash player. It is always best to have the latest version of which can be found here. Once installed you wont have any trouble seeing our animations or movies.

3. I clicked an image, but it didn't load at all.

Some images are larger than others, and take a few seconds more to load. When you click on an image (depending on your internet connection) it will load within a few seconds. If it is a large image, and you have a slower connection, it will take a longer time to load and you should not click anywhere else until the loading has finished. 

4. How do I save a picture or an animation?

Once an image has loaded you can save it by right clicking anywhere on it, then picking 'Save Image As' from the drop down menu. You cannot save animations. 

5. I found a link that doesn't work, what should I do?

If you find a link or an image that doesn't seem to work no matter what, you can report it by sending an e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it and we will get it fixed as soon as we can.

 

Payment issues

1. Is PayPal the only way to purchase units? What is it?

At the moment, yes. PayPal is a safe and easy way to make payments online. Once you have signed up for an account you can make purchases with it. To find out more about PayPal, please visit PayPal.com.au

2. I paid for a unit but I still cannot access it.

You need to make sure the payment has cleared before trying to access the unit, you will get an e-mail confirming the payment if it has been successfully processed.
